Previous experience in customer service & logistics we be beneficial. We also provide full training on site.

Main responsibilities:
- Process customer orders
- Communicate with customers from different countries by email and phone
- Answer customer questions and provide order updates
- Coordinating work with other company departments (logistics, warehouse, sales, etc.)
- Reports & analytics
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English and Russian; Estonian is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Microsoft Office)
- Attention to details and responsibility
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support the team in different tasks
