EuroBio Lab OÜ is the largest organic cosmetics manufacturer in the Baltic States.
We export our products to more than 80 countries worldwide.
We are looking for a motivated team member with a strong desire to work, learn, and grow together with the company.
Previous experience in customer service & logistics we be beneficial. We also provide full training on site.

Main responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders
  • Communicate with customers from different countries by email and phone
  • Answer customer questions and provide order updates
  • Coordinating work with other company departments (logistics, warehouse, sales, etc.)
  • Reports & analytics

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent English and Russian; Estonian is an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Microsoft Office)
  • Attention to details and responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support the team in different tasks
