Customer Onboarding Specialist

Job Description

In this role, you will take on key responsibilities related to customer contracts management. These tasks include  processing mainly payment instrument applications and solving related questions; as well as company payment instrument customer onboarding, managing customer data and customer lifecycle. You will ensure that the payment instrument contract handling happens to all legal instructions and payment constitution permission, communicating with customer representatives and internal cooperation partners in Neste. You will also participate in various development projects. Collaboration will be integral to your role, as you work closely with various teams including Sales, Customer Service, Invoicing, Credit Control, KYC and Solution Support. Your primary focus is on ensuring effective payment instrument customers contract management related processes in Finland and other Marketing & Services markets, as Neste card customers are the biggest customer group in M&S.

Your role in our team

  • Managing tasks mainly related to payment instrument contract processes for customers (handling applications, handling payment instrument contracts, customer onboarding etc.)
  • Customer communication concerning mentioned topics in Finland and other Marketing & Services markets.
  • Contributing to the development of payment instrument contract processes.
  • Ensuring efficient daily operational work in the payment instrument processing area.
  • Engaging in operative work encompassing daily, weekly, and monthly activities, while being adaptable to fluctuations in workload due to seasonality.
  • Other assigned duties and customer onboarding tasks.

 

Requirements

Keys to success in this role

  • Higher education qualifications.
  • Experience in back-office operations would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English; fluency in Finnish or Estonian is desirable.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency with Google office tools; familiarity with MS Dynamics/365 is a plus.
  • Demonstrated responsibility and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
  • Ability to efficiently prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to handle routine tasks with tolerance and diligence.
  • Keen attention to numerical accuracy and detail-oriented approach.
