In this role, you will take on key responsibilities related to customer contracts management. These tasks include processing mainly payment instrument applications and solving related questions; as well as company payment instrument customer onboarding, managing customer data and customer lifecycle. You will ensure that the payment instrument contract handling happens to all legal instructions and payment constitution permission, communicating with customer representatives and internal cooperation partners in Neste. You will also participate in various development projects. Collaboration will be integral to your role, as you work closely with various teams including Sales, Customer Service, Invoicing, Credit Control, KYC and Solution Support. Your primary focus is on ensuring effective payment instrument customers contract management related processes in Finland and other Marketing & Services markets, as Neste card customers are the biggest customer group in M&S.
