Customer Account Manager for the Dutch Market

We are looking for a Customer Account Manager for the Dutch market to join our team and ensure a smooth customer experience. Your role includes preparing sales offers and order confirmations, managing claims, and coordinating orders in collaboration with clients and production. You will be a key link between customers and production, ensuring that all orders are completed on time and with high quality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-driven, and has excellent communication skills.

• Working knowledge of Dutch
• English B2 level
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office)
• Proactive and decisive team player
• Systematic approach and strong attention to detail
