Analyst (IT)

Your man responsibilities as System Analyst will be:

• Analysing the system requirements of the end users

• Writing and maintaining software requirement documents that include process flows etc

• Creating tests and developing specifications for the engineering team

• Working with the engineering team to make sure all the requirements are met

• Acting as a liaison between the business, end users and technology team

• Proposing innovative solutions for developing the product based on the requirements

• Analysing and creating sales documentation.

Your main responsibilities as Requirements Analyst will be:

• Collecting, mapping, and documenting customer requirements

• Maintaining and managing requirements

• Developing and maintaining requirements documentation

• Working with engineering team to make sure the requirements are met

• Participating in testing the information system

• Proposing solutions for developing the product based on gathered requirements

• Analysing and creating sales documentation.

• Work experience as an Analyst in IT

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or equivalent field of study

• Experience with Atlassian stack - Jira, Confluence

• Experience with UI/UX, use case modelling and with BPMN modeling tool

• Strong communication and presentation skills both in verbal and in written

• Good analytical skills and collaborative approach

• Good spoken and written English and Estonian.
