Senior Sales Representative

We have big goals in Estonia, and we are looking for a results-oriented and experienced Sales Representative to contribute to our sales team's success

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Great cold calling skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Estonian, Russian and English language skills (minimum B2 level)
• Desire to develop and learn
• Having a category B driver’s license (for client meetings)

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Research and identify potential clients in Estonia
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects through phone calls, emails, and networking events
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations
• Track sales activities and update CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients
