Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join our team of international vehicle trading company.

The Purchasing Specialist will help our team with:

• Researching markets and finding vehicles on different markets
• Sending requests to suppliers
• Processing offers from suppliers and preparing offers for the sales dept
• Checking the conformity of the vehicles
• Coordinating the purchase process (preparing contracts, invoices, arranging logistics, etc.)
• Keeping records of each vehicle in terms of payments, paperwork, logistics, statuses, etc.
• Carry out reconciliation with suppliers
• Assisting with website and CRM building process

Our ideal candidate will:

• Be very energetic, multitasking and able to work flexible hours
• Speak Russian, English fluently. Knowledge of German will be a big plus
• Have the possibility to travel locally and internationally when required
• Have a higher education
• Have knowledge and interest in automobiles
• Have driver’s license
• Have knowladge of Excel, PowerPoint, other Microsoft office tools
