The day-to-day job
- Searching and reaching out to potential business clients.
- Facilitating the negotiation process and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Updating and filling in client data forms.
- Assisting the sales manager with various sales and marketing tasks as required.
Requirements
About You
- Proficiency in spoken and written communication in the language(s) of our target market (Finnish, Swedish, German, or other European languages).
- Fluency in English.
- Good Excel skills.
- Demonstrated reliability and a proactive approach to taking responsibility.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and consideration for others.
- Previous experience or knowledge in the retail industry or the beauty/well-being sector is advantageous.
