The day-to-day job

  • Searching and reaching out to potential business clients.
  • Facilitating the negotiation process and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Updating and filling in client data forms.
  • Assisting the sales manager with various sales and marketing tasks as required.

Requirements

About You

  • Proficiency in spoken and written communication in the language(s) of our target market (Finnish, Swedish, German, or other European languages).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated reliability and a proactive approach to taking responsibility.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and consideration for others.
  • Previous experience or knowledge in the retail industry or the beauty/well-being sector is advantageous.
