Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Success Manager ( team lead) to spearhead our newly formed Customer Success Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and personalized assistance throughout their journey with GlobalReader. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Build up and lead the Customer Success Team, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver personalized support and assistance to our customers.
  • Develop and implement team structure, processes, and best practices to optimize customer success efforts.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new and current team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and success.
  • Define team goals and objectives, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and track progress.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer success initiatives with company objectives and drive overall business growth.
  • Act as a champion for customer success within the organization, advocating for the needs of customers and driving initiatives to enhance their experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service and fostering a customer-centric mindset throughout the team and the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions and driving results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Leadership experience, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Passion for customer advocacy and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
