Baltic Product Development Manager

Our Baltic team is looking for a PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our shipping solutions (plugins, self-service systems, and integrations), aligning with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research and gather customer insights to inform product features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical team to guide product development, focusing on exceptional user experience and value creation.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and inform continuous improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the company and in the industry to ensure strategic alignment and effective collaboration.
• Champion innovation within the team, encouraging a culture of creativity and problem-solving.

• At least 3 years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably in an international environment, in logistics or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop product strategies based on data analysis, user research, and market insights.
• Strong understanding of technology and experience working closely with technical teams; knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee the product development lifecycle, ensure timely delivery, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
