Job Description

  • Handle post-sale inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Process warranty and non-warranty cases efficiently, resolving issues promptly and upholding the company's quality standards.
  • Assist customers with parts purchase or replacement inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance to meet their needs.
  • Maintain effective communication with quality control and production departments to address customer concerns and ensure product quality.
  • Participate in meetings to contribute ideas and insights for process improvement and product enhancement.
  • Manage client database to maintain accurate records and facilitate seamless customer communication.
  • Assist during meetings by providing administrative support, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics.
  • Coordinate sales projects and equipment supplies, collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and quotations accurately and efficiently to support sales and customer service activities.
  • Support marketing and sales department.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, and office management, preferably in manufacturing
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a team and effectively collaborate with various departments within the company.
  • High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • English language on the professional level. The Russian language is an advantage.
  • Technical background is an advantage.
