As a Regulatory Change Manager within the Cash Management (Payments) Department, you will play a key role in interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into practical business solutions. By connecting regulatory expectations with product and operational needs, you will help drive compliance, regulatory readiness, and a strong risk culture across Luminor.
- Act as a trusted advisor on payments-related regulatory matters for a diverse range of stakeholders across the organization
- Lead and coordinate activities required to monitor, manage, and track regulatory initiatives and deliverables throughout Luminor
- Identify and oversee payment-related risks, perform risk and control assessments, prepare risk reporting, and contribute to broader risk management processes
- Ensure internal policies, procedures, terms and conditions, and risk documentation remain up to date and aligned with regulatory requirements
- Support external communications and responses related to payment services, including interactions with regulators, customers, and other external stakeholders
- Prepare, analyze, and present reports to management, providing insights on regulatory developments, risks, and implementation progress
- Represent Luminor in discussions with regulators and auditors, and coordinate regulatory reviews and audit activities with internal and external partners
