Sales Secretary

FastoPayments is a modern payments company, and our Tallinn office needs another driven person on the sales floor. We build real solutions for merchants who need reliable ways to get paid, and we move fast doing it: no layers of bureaucracy, no waiting weeks for a decision, no scripts to read from. If a deal makes sense, we close it. That's the kind of company we are, and the kind of team we're adding to.

We're looking for a Sales Assistant to back that team up, and to start building a book of their own. You'll support experienced closers on the bigger accounts while you learn the ropes, and you'll run your own smaller deals from first call to signed merchant. If you want a real seat at a company that's flexible about how you work but decisive about how it operates, this is that seat.

• Support the sales team on active deals: prep materials, chase documents, keep pipelines moving, jump in on calls
• Own a pipeline of smaller merchant deals end to end, from first outreach to onboarding handoff
• Learn the mechanics of payment processing, merchant onboarding, and how deals get approved
• Qualify inbound leads and help decide which deals are worth the team's time
• Check in with your onboarded merchants to make sure they're settling in well and catch issues early
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
• Work solo when a deal is yours, and as a team when it needs more firepower
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by your manager as the role and team's needs evolve
• Follow FastoPayments' internal compliance, data handling, and confidentiality policies at all times

Necessary:

• Genuine drive to sell and win
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a tight, fast-moving team
• Strong English communication
• Fast learner; no payments background required, but expected to pick up the industry quickly
• Based in or able to relocate to Tallinn, ready to work from the office

Useful but not essential:

• Prior sales, customer-facing, or business development experience
• A second language relevant to the EEA/UK markets (Estonian, Russian, etc.)
