In the position of Technical support & documentation specialist, you will enjoy interfacing with customers and sales team, exploring and discussing their issues and offering professional technical advice.
Whilst a strong level of customer relationship building is key, the focus will be to become a key technical expert within the instrumentation industry.
What You'll Be Doing
You will respond to customer requests, explain the features and how to use each product, handle technical enquiries for customized or application specific solutions in the field of environment monitoring and gas detection.
You will be required to understand and able to identify the full Company's product range with the ability to offer alternatives or additions if required and advise on the selection of products and technologies where possible.
