Customer Support Specialist

Motley Denim is one of Europe's largest online stores for big & tall clothing, serving customers across 20+ countries. We stock over 4,000 styles from different brands for both men and women in larger sizes.

We're a small, focused team based in Tallinn that believes in getting things done. Now we're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join us in the office and be the reliable, friendly face behind our customer communications.

Your day-to-day will look like:

• Responding to customer emails and chat messages in a timely and helpful manner
• Resolving questions about orders, sizing, shipping, and returns
• Keeping track of open cases and following up where needed
• Flagging recurring issues or customer feedback to the rest of the team

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in clear, friendly communication. You don't need to be a customer support veteran, but some prior experience will help you.

What we're looking for:

• Good written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own task queue
• Detail-oriented — you notice things others miss
• Patient, empathetic, and solutions-focused
