VIP Account Manager

As a VIP Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining direct communications with VIPs as well as development and execution of High Value propositions across OlyBet and Olympic, to support sustainable revenue growth across our high value customer portfolio.

What will you be doing?

• Regularly analyze the performance of high-value customer portfolios, developing and executing offers that support onboarding, retention, and reactivation efforts.
• Identify prospective high-value customers and establish direct communication channels to facilitate seamless integration into OlyBet and encourage their long-term growth.
• Leverage member-get-member referrals, plan and execute special VIP events, and implement targeted strategies to attract new high-value customers.
• Design and execute an ongoing communication plan to ensure high-value customers and potential VIPs receive consistent, personalized service and support.
• Create tailored promotions for Sports, Poker, and Casino, and conduct ROI analyses to refine and improve future initiatives.

• Proven experience engaging with and supporting high-value stakeholders - customers, partners, or collaborators.
• Analytical and tech-savvy - you read the data and know your way around digital tools.
• Strong communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust-based relationships.
• You’re curious and passionate about something—be it sports, business, or culture - which helps you connect with VIPs on a personal level.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with occasional travel.
• Fluency in Estonian, English and Russian.
