Vacancy Project Coordinator

We constantly improve our production processes and their effectiveness, that’s why we are searching for Project Coordinator in  Levstal Group, who will not only help the director to solve current problems, but also work to systematize and optimize business processes.

What will you have to do?

• Carry out the director’s errands,
• Develop regulations and job descriptions,
• Create and implement recruitment systems,
• Recruit and adapt new staff,
• Implement planning and monitoring systems for setting targets,
• Participate in optimization and systematization of the company,
• Train new staff in flexible methodologies (Scrum),
• Organise the group process according to SCRUM methodology
• Create and develop the culture of the company,
• Develop performance and efficiency indicators for processes,
• Daily and weekly progress reporting

What we expect from you:

• Confident spoken and written English (C1 or C2)
• Higher education (economic, psychological or management)
• 1 year and up experience in HR Department or as a personal assistant (with the HR functionalities) or project manager
• Multitasking ability, system, responsibility
• Desire to learn new things (technologies, skills, programs)
• Skills in working with Google Documents
• Kindness, punctuality, mindfulness, precision, competence
• Fast information processing speed
