In this context, it is essential to highlight that the growth of online sales relies heavily on high-quality digital marketing and on identifying effective and innovative sales channels in order to reach the widest possible and most relevant target audience. We are looking to strengthen our team with a marketing professional whose role will be to help achieve our sales targets through efficient and results-driven marketing activities.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate Sales: Actively engage with new and existing customers across your UK territory to drive sales of our premium garden houses.
  • Consultations and Presentations: Present our models, clearly highlighting their benefits and versatility. You will ideally help source a suitable outdoor yard to be used as a showroom for 2–3 models, with the option to use one as an office.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage both B2C and B2B relationships, building long-term client partnerships throughout and beyond the sales process.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Drive performance to achieve agreed sales and business development targets.
  • Feedback & Market Insights: Provide valuable feedback on the UK market to help refine product offerings and strategy.
  • Coordinate Deliveries: Oversee logistics and coordinate local customer deliveries.
  • Build a Trusted Network: Create and manage a network of trusted builders who can provide installation and building services for customers.
  • Logistics & Warehousing: Work with logistics partners to identify the most efficient and cost-effective warehousing and home delivery solutions.
  • Website & Commercial Management: Take a hands-on approach to the website product portfolio, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategy.
  • Marketing Activities: Work closely with the marketing team to maximise brand visibility and lead generation.
  • After-Sales Support: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the construction, property, or related industries
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work comfortably and effectively on an independent basis
  • Familiarity with logistics coordination is an advantage
  • Experience in web-based sales businesses
  • Strong commercial and business-minded approach
