We are looking for a support professional with communication experience and good organizational skills. An ideal candidate is an organized and reliable person with good basic values and capability of working independently. She/he enjoys and takes pride in servicing internal and external customers.
- Support the sales team regarding incoming customer requests (via email or phone)
- Take care of backoffice work – communication with customers, wholesalers in Istanbul,Turkey, etc.
- Check orders on daily basis and organize logistics regarding RMA and warranty cases
- Check accounts receivables and work on collection – support the centralized finance team
- Help with local translation and marketing programs
- Fluent Turkish
- German skills a big plus. Any other language is also highly valued.
