We are looking for a support professional with communication experience and good organizational skills. An ideal candidate is an organized and reliable person with good basic values and capability of working independently. She/he enjoys and takes pride in servicing internal and external customers.
Everyday tasks:
• Support the sales team regarding incoming customer requests (via email or phone)
• Take care of backoffice work – communication with customers, wholesalers in Istanbul,Turkey, etc.
• Check orders on daily basis and organize logistics regarding RMA and warranty cases
• Check accounts receivables and work on collection – support the centralized finance team
• Help with local translation and marketing programs
Requirements
• Fluent Turkish
• German skills a big plus. Any other language is also highly valued.
• Positive, ambitious attitude and a desire to achieve
• Service experience
• Good on the phone, nice with people
• Tolerate stress and can manage many tasks at a time
• Ability and willingness to work independently
• Experience within IT, logistics or finance is a plus
