In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Make a meaningful impact, being responsible for strategic capabilities and competence in the Cyber Security and Identity & Access Management engineering domains, aimed at ensuring cyber security and cyber resilience.
- Lead and coach a team of high-performing Cyber Security & IAM DevOps engineers and business analysts, promote professional development, measure & improve performance. Grow our future leaders.
- Support an agile/SAFe-based development process and foster business agility within the organization.
- Ensure the right tools, processes, industry best practices and way of working are in place for an efficient delivery.
- Maintain the staffing and workforce planning strategy. Attracting and retaining talent will be an important part of the job.
- Build an organizational home for the team members, with a high level of team spirit and engagement.
- Facilitate knowledge & experience sharing capabilities via Communities of Practice (CoP) across the organization. Ensure cross guild development and coordination.
- Be one step ahead: work closely with the Product Owners to ensure alignment between the team’s competence development roadmap and the needs to deliver best quality services, today and in the future.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication in a proactive manner.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in developing people, where excellent stakeholder management and cooperation skills are a must.
- Experience working in Agile Development frameworks. Certification in Scaled Agile environment is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in Cyber Security / IAM / Software engineering and industry best practice concepts such as DevSecOps and software architecture. Understanding of the business domain will make your coaching life richer by relating to previous situations and will facilitate building trust.
- Customer centricity and openness for new ideas & challenges.
- Willingness and drive to find solutions across organizational borders.
- Self-driven with a leadership where you give and take responsibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in oral and written English.
