Supply Chain Process & Systems Architect

We are looking for someone who will help us develop and automate supply chain processes and build solutions that make everyday work simpler and more efficient. This role goes beyond traditional planning and analysis. You will be able to identify improvement opportunities, understand underlying process challenges, develop solutions and see them through to implementation.

For us, it is important that you have a strong understanding of supply chain operations and a genuine interest in improving processes and systems.

What You'll need to succeed:

• Higher education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field, or at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international company.
• Demonstrated experience in developing supply chain processes and supporting business tools, with advanced Excel expertise including VBA development, automation and complex data models. Experience working closely with business users and stakeholders is essential.
• Proven ability to independently identify, analyse and present problems, opportunities and recommendations to stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
• Ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders across Northern Europe, using data to build alignment, support decision-making and drive the adoption of new solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, a structured approach to problem solving and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in English.
