As the Shop Administrator, you will be the key person responsible for the smooth operation, presentation, and success of the store.
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and responsible Shop Administrator to manage the daily operations of a premium eyewear boutique featuring Ray-Ban, fashion, and smart glasses.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daily operations: opening/closing on time, staff scheduling, and shop readiness
- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and overall presentation of the store
- Communicate with shopping centre management and handle daily operational issues
- Manage stock orders, deliveries, and product display
- Sell and advise customers 2–3 days per week
- Maintain brand standards and an excellent customer experience
A reliable and organised Shop Administrator who can independently run a premium eyewear store.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Ability to manage daily shop operations independently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Responsible, proactive, and reliable
- Must be fluent in Estonian, Russian, and English
