Software Support Specialist

We are looking for a Software Support Specialist to join our Business and IT Solutions team in Tallinn, Estonia.

Main responsibilities

• Provide first-line functional support for key business applications (such as ERP), resolving issues in close collaboration with end users, IT teams, and external vendors
• Maintain and configure systems, user permissions, and master data to ensure smooth and efficient business operations
• Translate business needs into practical system improvements, identifying opportunities for automation and workflow optimization
• Develop and maintain user documentation, conduct training sessions, and promote effective system use across departments
• Contribute to system-related projects, including integrations, module enhancements, and onboarding of new business units, while ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms

• 2–4 years of experience supporting or configuring ERP or other enterprise systems, ideally with exposure to system implementation or module rollout projects.
• Solid understanding of business processes such as logistics, maintenance, planning, or finance, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and data integration concepts, as well as change management and testing practices
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and a drive to find practical, efficient solutions
• Professional fluency in English; Estonian language skills are considered an advantage
