About:

We are looking for a proactive and independent B2B Sales Manager for Estonia Market to lead and grow our business customer sales in Estonia. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and relationship builder who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships with business clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth cooperation across internal teams.

The role is mostly based from home, with part of the time spent in the store and regular client meetings. A key focus of the position is maintaining an active client pipeline and meeting with at least 3 customers per week.

  • Create and maintain relationships with new potential and existing B2B clients by meeting — on-site, online, and at events;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver smooth and successful outcomes;
  • Analyze information about business customers and their needs;
  • Active search for new customers, formation and continuous development of the customer base (cold calls, warm calls);
  • Company representation in public and commercial tenders;
  • Monitoring, reporting, and coordination of task execution to meet defined KPIs;
  • End-to-end administration of customer invoicing;
  • Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities;
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and support long-term business relationships

Requirements

  • Determination and orientation to results;
  • Category B driver's license and own car, as regular travel for client meetings is required;
  • Good planning skills;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a customer service;
  • 1+ year of successful experience in active B2B sales.
  • Good written and verbal English language skills;
  • Russian language skills would be considered an advantage;
  • Strong customer-centric attitude;
  • Proactivity and independence;
  • Analytic skills to measure, report, and improve processes;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;

Salary: €1,500 net + up to €1,500 performance bonus
