• Work with cross-functional teams to build and maintain high-quality Java solutions
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment
• Apply architectural patterns and best practices to ensure high scalability and performance
• Track industry advances in technologies and methodologies to help improve products and workflows

• Proven track record in Java software development
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks, SOA, and contemporary databases
• Experience writing unit tests, refactoring, and maintaining existing codebases
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and Agile methodologies
• Curious, pragmatic, and open to rethinking existing solutions
• Proficiency in Estonian and English
