We are currently looking for an exceptional SL&E Manager (Social Media Manager) ✨ who will help us to drive our mission in bringing innovative experiences, data-driven thinking, social and digital capabilities into a constantly changing ecosystem, as part of our outsourced collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company across Europe (from London to Moscow). You will become a part of a social media team that engages, on behalf of our partner, with consumers and online communities through relevant conversations, content & experiences. What you’ll do for us?
- You will own content planning activities including the development of social and editorial content calendars
- Manage publishing calendar cycle in sync with other regions
- Manage day-to-day social media operations, including proactive and reactive conversations of a specific market, providing best-in-class service to Coca Cola.
- You will be responsible for publishing and social engagement – posting of content, monitoring, moderation and response, including proactive engagement that reaches all brand advocates
- Responsible for Social Listening, you will be required to use social media monitoring tools to create reports and analyse data which will allow for reporting recommendations
- You will ensure brand consistency and insight generation, by working closely with the monitoring hub, influencing our content creation and responding to social media conversations appropriately.
- Day to day relationship management with various internal and external stakeholders, across marketing and public relations
- Coordination and collaboration with other partner agencies
- Reporting under the supervision of an experienced Team Leader to coordinate activities
- Respond to consumer questions & queries on various social and digital channels in line with our brand tone of voice

- Location: Tallinn, Estonia
- Language requirements: Fluent in Estonian & English
- Initially, this role will be remote but in the future, you may be asked to work on-site in Comdata or/and Coca-Cola offices on a regular basis
- Contract: 12 months FTC with potential extension or B2B
- Ideal start date: July 2021

Requirements
Who are you?
Above all, you are passionate about Social Media and you are confident in your expertise. You are a hard-working individual with a background in either community management or social media marketing. You have a first working experience in a media or marketing agency with a relevant social media track record (media, marketing, PR, etc) and can display a lot of enthusiasm for the FMCG industry and representing iconic brands on social media.
You have exceptional written and verbal communications skills with perfect command of grammar and the ability to write persuasive copy that takes simple consumer questions and turns them into engaging conversations building meaningful connections with the audience. You demonstrate a deep understanding of the social technology universe and knowledge of key digital best practices.
You have experience in managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and projects. You are not afraid to get stuck in and take ownership, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines to deliver best-in-market social learnings to continuously engage and retain brand fans.
