Job Description

  • Actively sell Toyota OEM spare parts, service agreements and service products
  • Prepare offers to customers
  • Visit customers and work in business-to-business environment
  • Report in CRM system daily visits and leads
  • Communicate with customers to coordinate service requests, deadlines, changes etc.
  • Perform control of mechanics` vans and inventories as part of service team

 

Requirements

  • Customer oriented with good communication skills
  • Highly organized, very good planning skills
  • Education and work experience in technical area (automotive, machinery)
  • Experience in customer support
  • Very good Estonian language skills, good English or/and Russian language skills;
  • Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to acquire new programs
