The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for design and implementation of leading-edge mobile platform software in a collaborative, creative
environment. SEVEN is looking for an experienced software engineers to join the team. In this role, you will have opportunities for creative thinking that will
influence the direction of next generation handset products and services. You will be responsible for defining, designing, implementing, enhancing and
testing the platform components and applications for the next generation mobile devices based on Android.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for design, development, modification and integration of new or existing software features;
• Develop deep expertise in multiple areas of mobile technology;
• Responsible for day to day process improvement activities;
• Quickly learns new technologies and architectural designs;
• Creates design documentation and participates in design review and code review activities;
• Leads or independently executes small projects and proposes valuable inputs on technology changes when necessary;
• Supervise other developers and act as a team lead if required;
• Provides weekly status reports for his/her managers.

Requirements
Skills & Experience Required:
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of software programming experience in Java or related technologies
• 1+ years of Android and/or J2ME programming experience, highly desirable
• Experience with Wireless and standard Internet technologies, protocols and standards like, TCP/IP, HTTP, REST, SOAP, XML,SMPP, XMPP
• Strong background in building successful user interfaces
• Motivated self-starter who likes working on very productive, fast-paced teams
• Smart, analytical, self-driven, and creative problem solver
• Excellent team player. Work across multi-site development teams.
• Good written and verbal English
