Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Occasional remote work possibility

Job Description

About the role

As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you'll help expand our lifecycle marketing strategy by building email, SMS, in-app, and push campaigns that engage users across Delivery. Working closely with Marketing, Expansion, PR, and Product teams, you'll drive activation and retention through smart automation and optimization. This role suits someone with strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and hands-on experience with lifecycle communications.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Drive incremental GMV uplift across all lifecycle marketing campaigns, owning performance across every key metric — delivery rate, open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, and frequency — across all communication channels
  • Design and continuously improve campaign flows, running A/B tests to validate new ideas, while holding a high bar on content quality, visual execution, and overall user experience across every message we send
  • Partner with stakeholders across Product, Growth, MarTech, Vertical Marketing, and Local teams to align on the best way to set up communications and improve the end-to-end user experience
  • Identify opportunities to automate flows using AI, cutting down manual work and improving team efficiency
  • Build clear, accessible reporting on lifecycle performance for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, and champion the impact and value of lifecycle marketing across the business
  • Act as a go-to technical resource and mentor for junior specialists on the team

Requirements

  • You have a background in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing, ideally communicating to large, global audiences
  • You have strong technical knowledge of platforms such as Braze, CleverTap, or equivalent
  • You have a proven track record delivering complex, multi-market programmes, with excellent English communication skills
  • You have a data-driven mindset — comfortable with numbers, campaign analytics, and understanding automation logic end-to-end
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects at once
  • You're comfortable using AI tools to automate work and improve efficiency
  • You have working knowledge of SQL and can run end-to-end data analysis independently (not mandatory)
