Ninyes is a circular fashion company focused on responsible, secondhand clothing. We produce resale services for quality fashion brands — our clients include Joutsen, Halti and Reima from Finland, along with similar brands from Sweden, Denmark and Germany. Our mission is to keep as many garments as possible in circulation, meaningfully reducing the carbon footprint of fashion.
About the role
We are looking for new team members to join our newly founded team in Tallinn. The team looks after the secondhand garment handling chain, the day-to-day running of our online store, and customer service. The estimated working hours is around 15-20 hours per week for team members and 30-40 hours for a team lead. The employment is fixed-term, ending 31 December 2026, due to the seasonal ramp-up of our new Tallinn operations.
- You work as part of the Ninyes production team and participate in ramping up our operations
- Daily work includes garment handling, online store order management and customer service
- Other tasks related to our e-commerce and operations as needed
- We are also looking for a team lead, salary negotiatable
- Shifts fall on weekdays between 8:00 and 18:00, flexible hours within that time
What we're looking for
- Fluent written and spoken English; Estonian or Finnish is a plus
- A precise, organised and productive way of working
- You enjoy working with your hands, but you are comfortable working with software as well
- Problem solving attitude and drive to help ramping up our operations
- Experience in secondhand, e-commerce or fashion is an advantage
