Sales Coordinator to our B2B Strategic Sales Team in Tallinn

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic telesales team. The ideal candidate will support the sales department in achieving targets, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Your role in our team

  • Increase sales and market share in SME segment B2B customers
  • Activate B2B passive customers (calls)
  • Raise customer awareness of Neste products (fuels, ethanol, products, fuel quality)
  • Monitor the activities of competitors and give feedback to the team leader and other departments
  • Make calls to customers
  • Sending offers to new customers + follow- up calls
  • Activate passive customers (calls)
  • Introducing renewable and circular solutions to Customers
  • Gather feedback from the market

Requirements

Keys to success in this role

  • Proactive and a go getter/doer attitude
  • Experience in customer communications
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Estonian; fluency in English and Russian is desirable
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency with Google office tools; familiarity with MS Dynamics/365 is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies
  • Ability to efficiently prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle routine tasks with tolerance and diligence
