Job Description
Your role includes:
- Handling recruitments across all Nordic countries, Poland, and Estonia, participating in start-up meetings with Hiring People Leaders, providing job ad creation support, interviewing, and assessing candidates, ordering contracts, giving advice on recruitment matters.
- Making sure all recruitments are compliant with prevalent Nordea policies and country legislation.
- Promoting diversity awareness and embracing teamwork to generate overall success.
- Proactively supporting team members and exploring continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements

- Provide excellent project management, enabling the business to have full confidence in your execution of their hiring plans whilst managing expectations.
- Feel comfortable in working with both local and cross border assignments.
Your experience:
- Proven experience from hiring hard to fill roles in high workload environment.
- Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques.
- Interest and previous experience in working with people, processes, policies and legislations.
- Solid project management skills to productively and efficiently plan and execute on multiple projects/priorities, combined with sufficient detail orientation.
- Good communication skills, and very good command of English both verbally and in written form.
