Purchasing Specialist for Kidults & Trends

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing and developing product assortments (toys, collectibles, figures, hobby items, gifts);
• Setting pricing strategies, monitoring margins and analyzing sales forecasts;
• Overseeing inventory levels and placing orders; 
• Communicating with suppliers and representing Anvol in meetings;
• Creating and maintaining accurate product data in internal databases;
• Tracking global trends and identifying new brands and growth opportunities.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Are genuinely passionate about anime/manga, gaming, and pop culture;
• Have strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets;
• Hold a university degree and have at least 2 years of experience in planning or procurement;
• Are fluent in English. Estonian and Russian are an advantage;
• Are organized, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility;
• Deliver results on time and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
