Job Description
Your main responsibilities:
- Managing and developing product assortments (toys, collectibles, figures, hobby items, gifts);
- Setting pricing strategies, monitoring margins and analyzing sales forecasts;
- Overseeing inventory levels and placing orders;
- Communicating with suppliers and representing Anvol in meetings;
- Creating and maintaining accurate product data in internal databases;
- Tracking global trends and identifying new brands and growth opportunities.
Requirements
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Are genuinely passionate about anime/manga, gaming, and pop culture;
- Have strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets;
- Hold a university degree and have at least 2 years of experience in planning or procurement;
- Are fluent in English. Estonian and Russian are an advantage;
- Are organized, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility;
- Deliver results on time and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
