Job Description

Responsible for completing customer order intake documentation, for purchasing and delivery of customer orders related equipment, components / services
Responsible for all internal and external issues related to the implementation and delivery of the service to customer
Coordinate the implementation of the service to the customer(s) within a budget and on the committed delivery date
Identify and handle the project risks
Determine implementation schedules for customer orders
Manage the customer and supplier communication and all escalations during the implementation phase
Being single point of contact for customer installations and technical appointments
Coordinate service testing at delivery
Provide administrative pre- and post-sales support for all Citic Telecom CPC products

Requirements

Bachelor in any area related to IT or Telecom
Minimum 3 years experience as project manager on Telecom or IT environment
Project implementation skills
Fluent in English, plus Estonian and/or Russian
Basic knowledge of telecommunication services
Brief understanding and practical experience of WAN technologies
Understanding and preferable practical experience of network technologies (e.g. TCP/IP, MPLS, Ethernet, Switches, IP Router)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
