Project Manager / Sales Engineer – Industrial Solutions

INDUCONT OÜ is looking for a strong, self-driven professional to join our team in Estonia and take an active role in developing sales of industrial automation and process solutions.

For more than 15 years, we have been a trusted representative of various DANFOSS product lines in the Estonian market. In addition to DANFOSS DRIVES, we work with flow meters, sensors, and other industrial products from internationally recognized manufacturers such as Siemens, Krohne, and others. We are looking for a person who is not only technically capable, but also commercially mature — someone who can take responsibility, work independently, and create real value for customers and the company.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for both business development and professional customer support in the field of industrial products and solutions.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Promoting and developing sales of DANFOSS DRIVES and other industrial products in the Estonian market.
  • Advising customers on the selection and application of technical solutions, ensuring both commercial and technical suitability.
  • Building strong long-term relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Managing the full sales cycle: from first contact and needs analysis to quotation, follow-up, negotiation, order closing, and after-sales support.
  • Working closely with customers from different industries, understanding their processes and proposing value-driven solutions.
  • Preparing and delivering professional presentations, seminars, and technical discussions for customers and partners.
  • Monitoring market trends, customer developments, and competitor activities in order to identify new growth potential.
  • Representing the company at exhibitions, seminars, and international supplier events.
  • Preparing regular sales and market reports with clear commercial insight and accountability for results.

Candidate profile

We are looking for a professional who combines technical understanding, commercial mindset, and strong personal discipline.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Science, Automation, or another relevant technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with similar industrial products, preferably in technical sales, project sales, or industrial solution development.
  • Solid understanding of industrial customers, technical product applications, and solution-based sales.
  • Previous experience with frequency converters, automation products, instrumentation, process equipment, or similar industrial product groups will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good analytical thinking and the ability to understand both technical and commercial aspects of a project.
  • Excellent self-organization and time management skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with multiple customers and projects at the same time.
  • Fluency in Estonian and English, both spoken and written.
  • A valid driver’s license.
