Project Manager

Join our supportive and passionate team as a Project Manager!

We are looking for a Project Manager to support our innovation and renovation projects across Estonia, Finland, and Latvia.

You will work in an international environment, closely collaborating with colleagues in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and the Baltics.

This position is based in Estonia, Lehmja. 

This is a temporary position with a duration of one year.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate innovation and renovation projects from idea to launch;
• Ensure smooth project execution using the Orkla Stage Gate Model;
• Bring the right people together and support decision making;
• Manage project documentation and communication;
• Follow up timelines, risks and progress;
• Suggest improvements where you see opportunities.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar field.
• Around 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Experience within FMCG sector is a plus.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with different teams and keep projects moving..
• Fluent in Estonian and English.
• Comfortable working with MS Office and basic project management tools.
• Driver’s license required.
