Job Description
Planning, organizing and managing production projects at all stages;
Coordinating the work of departments (production, procurement, logistics, quality, etc.);
Ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards;
Working with technical documentation and implementing new solutions;
Preparing project reports and communicating with clients and subcontractors;
Conducting risk assessments and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements
Technical education (e.g. engineering, mechanical engineering, electromechanics or similar);
Previous experience in project management in a production environment;
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation;
Good command of English and Russian; Estonian is an advantage;
Strong organizational skills, independence and sense of responsibility.
