Project assistant

This position belongs to the team of COMBIVET ERA Chair (Chair of Comparative Medicine in the Institute of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences of the Estonian University of Life Sciences).

Project COMBIVET has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 program under grant agreement No 857418.

• managing the project website and social media, writing and creating news and announcements;
• to plan and organize workshops, seminars, lectures and other outreach activities;
• corresponding to emails, preparing project documentation and asking for price quotations;
• to work with the colleagues within the COMBIVET ERA Chair team and with the other colleagues from the university.  

• higer education
• very good Estonian and English;
• very good Microsoft Office skills;
• experience in poster, leaflet and web page design and publishing;
• has good organizing, planning and communication skills;
  • experience in organizing public seminars, workshops and lectures is an advantage;
  • experience in working with social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter (optional);
  • organizing outreach activities, scientific café, public engagement, school scientific events (optional);
  • organizing industry and health organization seminars and workshops.
• has the ability to collaborate effectively as part of the team and should hold good interpersonal and communication skills.
