Job Description
Your role in our business will be to oversee the order qualifications and ensure all the orders end up getting produced in the right manner and correct lead time. You will closely work with both production teams and our clients to overcome any existing or possible errors with drawings, material issues, producibility questions. Another big part of your tasks is the responsibility of filing and investigating any problematic client orders. If need be orders will have to be reproduced and redelivered to our clients.
You will
- Work on our pipeline of orders and manage the well-being of them.
- Filing of client claims and investigating them.
- Track claims data and forward it to interested parties to improve our track record.
- Communication with our manufacturing partners and clients.
- Work on in-house processes to improve service and quality.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in production management.
- Experience in negotiating with suppliers in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Forward thinking, “let’s do it” attitude.
- Passion for (self-)improvement.
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
