Your main responsibilities will be:
• Facilitating training, testing and validation of the systems
• Supporting system analyses and development using product lifecycle,product knowledge and air traffic control subject knowledge
• Assisting customers with the resolution of issues relating to system use
• Supporting Product Manager in gathering and documenting detailed requirements
• Supporting Engineering department with the development of software functionality
• Being a mentor for employees assigned to the Analyst roles
• Performing product training for customers or Adacel employees.
As a successful candidate you must have:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience as Air Traffic Controller in a civilian or military environment
• Experience in training and/or remote or digital tower usage in ATC or flight simulators
• Experience with ATC operational procedures, product analysis, software testing,quality assurance or product assurance experience is a bonus
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint,and Outlook.
