Job Description

PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST (spare parts) who will ensure the continuous operation and reliability of the company’s production facilities by efficiently managing spare parts procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships. The role focuses on sourcing and purchasing Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) items from trusted local and EU suppliers while optimizing costs, lead times, and stock levels. This position acts as a vital link between the maintenance, production, and purchasing teams to guarantee the availability of critical spare parts and support preventive maintenance activities.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement of spare parts, maintenance materials, and MRO supplies for all equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and EU suppliers to ensure reliable sourcing and competitive pricing.
  • Monitor and control spare parts stock levels to balance availability and inventory costs.
  • Coordinate with all departments to forecast demand for critical spare parts.
  • Conduct regular reviews of spare parts usage, turnover, and obsolescence.
  •  Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, standardization, and efficiency improvements.
  •  Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation

Requirements

We expect you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in equipment or technical sourcing, preferably in an international environment.
  • Proven experience in managing suppliers in Asia; experience outside of China is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation and contract management.
  • Experience with project-based procurement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Confident user of ERP systems and strong knowledge in standard costing
  • Fluent oral and written English and Russian, Estonian is an advantage.
