At the 5-star Schlössle Hotel, the porter is the first to greet our esteemed guests and the last to wish them farewell, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment where guests feel truly cared for, in line with the high standards of Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH).

Key Responsibilities / Peamised ülesanded:

• Provide exceptional assistance to guests with luggage, concierge services, and transport arrangements.

• Support the Front Office with tasks such as managing the switchboard and maintaining public and back-of-house areas.

• Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure an immaculate guest experience.

• Offer assistance to the Food & Beverage department as needed.

Requirements: A keen eye for detail, a proactive “can-do” attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential to thriving in this role.
