Physical Security Lead

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

• To provide cohesive security risk management frameworks within divisions across Veriff
• Establish and maintain the overarching physical security strategy for Veriff, including compliance monitoring and enforcement.
• Develop, implement and review global physical security policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Provide proactive leadership and analysis on emerging physical security issues.
• Provide security support and guidance to all Veriff departments in the pursuit and execution of the organizational mission.
• In coordination with the relevant stakeholders, define, implement and review the global physical security standards and associated plans across all Veriff real estate.
• Oversee and manage on-site security service teams.
• Seek out opportunities to provide equitable inclusive and scalable physical security and associated training across Veriff.

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:

• Extensive knowledge of physical security and risk management, ideally in the context of an international organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse and cross-cultural teams to achieve common objectives; collaborative and team-oriented with an “enabling” mindset.
• Experience in developing and implementing global security policies across an organization.
• Excellent hands-on experience with physical access systems, alarm systems, CCTV solutions, physical locks, safes.
