Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Collection and Analysis of Production Data: identify, locate, and retrieve data from diverse systems within the factory (MES, ERP, inventory systems, line-side records, etc.).
• Data Consolidation and Analysis: clean, structure, and merge datasets to produce clear metrics and trends related to:
- production data, - performance, - inventory management
• Inventory and Shipment Management: manage allocation of NPI builds, organize and record units from NPI builds, organize and drive shipments from the CM to recipients based on allocation
• Identifying anomalies, trends, or bottlenecks in the data and providing improvement suggestions to cross-functional production teams
• Reporting and Communication: develop and deliver routine dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad hoc reports to both on-site stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborating as an analytical partner with factory managers, production engineers, and the supply chain and quality teams.

Requirements
What we expect you to have:
• minimum 3 years of hands-on data analysis experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
• bachelor’s degree in engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• fluent in Estonian and English, both spoken and written
• strong working knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• experience handling operational data such as cycle times, yields, scrap, and material movement
• excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical findings into clear, executive-oriented messages.
• strong organizational skills and readiness to work in a dynamic environment. Ability to work independently.
