Job Description

YOUR MAIN TASKS

  • Offer excellent customer support via phone, e-mails and chats for main brands as Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau and NEFF.
  • Handle service and spare parts orders.
  • Handle various customer requests with the help of user manuals, websites and our internal product information systems.
  • Provide information about products and services. Support customers with purchase decisions.
  • Identify the technical problem or user issues, determine the cause of the problem, and offer the best solution to solve the problem.

Requirements

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL at our team if you are service-minded, enjoy helping people and possess caring attitude towards customers. You are able to multitask in fast-paced environment and have quick self-sufficient thinking. You have worked in customer service before. You are fluent in Norwegian language (verbal and written) and you can communicate in English.
