Norwegian Customer Account Manager

We are looking for a person whose role is to coordinate customer projects, prepare quotations and order confirmations, and ensure a smooth order process from enquiry to delivery.

• Prepare quotations and order confirmations
• Coordinate customer orders with production
• Build long-term relationships with Norwegian customers
• Ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule
• Provide professional customer support throughout the entire order process
• Help improve customer satisfaction and internal processes

• Native or fluent Norwegian
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Team player with a positive attitude
