Job Description
• Translating system solutions into networking solutions
• Designing and implementing new network solutions
• Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment, also maintaining and upgrading existing systems as necessary
• Working with technicians and deployment and hardware engineers to deliver the solutions
• Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with installation
• Providing analysis and debugging for system errors and faults
• Contributing to the improvement of cybersecurity aspects of the system
• Managing networking hardware lifecycle - research, test and qualify of new products.
Requirements
• Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• 3 years of experience working as a Technician or Systems Administrator in IT
• Strong knowledge of building networks for multicast systems
• Good knowledge of network connectivity, network security, LAN and WAN networks
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365
• Networking and cyber security related certifications
• Possibility to travel and to work with team and partners in multiple geographical locations, both in English and Estonian language.
