MEP BIM Engineer / Revit Specialist

• Experienced MEP BIM Engineer / Revit Specialist for large-scale Data Center projects across Europe.
• The role combines Revit MEP modelling, multidisciplinary coordination, fabrication documentation and proactive identification of constructability and coordination issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain coordinated Revit MEP models
• Perform clash detection and coordinate interfaces between disciplines
• Prepare fabrication drawings, spool drawings, schedules and other model-based documentation
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and design information and reflect the engineering intent accurately in the model
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers and clients
• Proactively identify coordination, constructability and technical issues before they become critical
• Deliver assigned scope within agreed deadlines and engineering budgets

• Typically 5+ years of relevant BIM / MEP modelling experience; exceptional candidates with demonstrably strong technical capability may also be considered
• Advanced Revit MEP skills, including model setup, families, schedules and documentation
• Experience with clash detection and multidisciplinary BIM coordination
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, engineering intent and constructability
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned scope
• Ability to identify missing or conflicting information, raise it early and obtain the required clarification
• Understanding of the full engineering and construction process
• Experience with ACC / BIM 360, Navisworks or equivalent coordination tools is an advantage
• Previous Data Center or other complex mission-critical project experience is a strong advantage, but not essential
• Proactive communication, problem-solving mindset and excellent English skills
